We are now looking for an Executive Partner to play a crucial role in helping leaders execute in their roles by supporting our management team, as well as the company’s senior-level managers. Your key responsibilities include:

As an Executive Partner you will play a crucial role in our mission to soundtrack the world. By supporting our management team with various administrative and supportive tasks you will help them focus on top priorities. With high professional standards, you will build and nurture strong networks within and outside of Epidemic to help make our operation world-class. You'll be given the opportunity to impact your work life by bringing a high level of competence and interest to the challenges at hand in a detail-focused way.

At Epidemic you'll mainly be focusing on the operational aspects of the day-to-day work in a result-oriented and efficient manner. In this context, some of your core responsibilities include:

• Providing administrative support and service with a proactive and organized approach.

• Managing the calendar and activities connected to upcoming events, while making sure information flows in a timely and accurate manner.

• Contributing to and coordinating activities in the administrative area and acting as an expert for the administrative processes in line with policies and routines.

• Leading the administrative tasks in close cooperation with other stakeholders while also improving and implementing routines to optimize administrative efficiency to meet business needs.

Requirements:

We are seeking a structured and detail-oriented Executive Partner who wants to make an impact by bringing a can-do-attitude and a curious approach to the organization while staying focused on the priorities. Some of the abilities, skills and traits of personality which will greatly help you with this role are;

• Positive energy with an open mindset and a proactive approach

• Business understanding with solid stakeholder management skills

• High level of integrity and confidentiality

• The familiarity of driving improvement and implementation of administrative routines in an efficient way

• A minimum of three years of experience from working as an Executive Partner/Executive Assistant

• Experience and knowledge of working with events, project management, administration and customer experience is helpful

• Effective communicator, with the ability to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing
