As an Enterprise Product Evangelist, you will play a crucial role in our product team, serving as the key liaison between our Enterprise clients, Enterprise sales team, and the broader product organization. Your role will be to champion the needs of Enterprise clients within Product, ensuring our product improvements align with business goals and drive customer success.
You will advocate for customer challenges, prioritize enterprise requirements, and contribute to our strategic roadmap, ensuring our enterprise product offerings exceed our customer expectations.
Your key responsibilities include:
Enterprise Advocacy: Act as the voice of Enterprise clients within the product team, ensuring their needs and challenges are well-represented.
Business Case Development: Translate Enterprise customer pain points into clear, compelling business cases that drive impactful product enhancements.
Prioritization & Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize Enterprise issues, effectively communicating impact and urgency.
Roadmap Oversight: Maintain a comprehensive view of the Enterprise product roadmap, identifying and addressing blockers to ensure smooth execution.
Strategic Bridge: Act as the key bridge between product and its growing portfolio of Enterprise clients, fostering strong collaboration and long-term success.
Product Strategy: Provide an Enterprise perspective to inform and shape product strategy, ensuring alignment with business and customer needs.
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer advocacy, product management, or business strategy role within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
Strong ability to translate customer pain points into actionable business insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams.
Experience partnering with Enterprise-level clients and understanding their complex needs.
Passion for driving customer success and influencing product innovation.

Nice to have:
Experience with enterprise SaaS products and sales processes.
Familiarity with customer journey mapping and business case development.
Background in music, media, or streaming industries.
