Job Summary
As the Head of Enterprise Sales, US, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the United States, as well as in nearby regions including Canada and LatAm. This role encompasses both the acquisition of new customers and the expansion of existing accounts, with a focus on achieving a strong NRR.
You bring extensive experience in complex B2B sales, with a proven track record in both mid-market and enterprise segments, ideally within fast-scaling industries. You're not only a strategic thinker but also an inspiring and effective leader. Initially, you will oversee two team leads who manage cross-functional teams comprising New Sales and Customer Success Managers, along with individual contributors as we continue to grow and scale.
Your core responsibility is to develop and implement scalable, efficient tactics for reaching our ICPs. You will champion a consultative sales process that takes prospects from discovery through to signed agreements and seamless handovers to ensure premium positioning, strong customer satisfaction, and long-term success. You will ensure that our Customer Success operations are both customer-centric and commercially driven, fostering a loyal, engaged client base.
Your primary mission, together with your team, is to expand Epidemic Sound’s footprint through new customer acquisition while also enhancing retention and revenue growth within your portfolio. You'll play a key role in evolving our go-to-market approach, shifting from SMBs to larger enterprise deals, with a focus on increasing ARPA and optimizing LTV/CAC ratios.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving revenue targets and meeting budgets.
- Manage team leads, ensuring they have the support and resources needed to hit their targets
- Responsible for ensuring healthy unit economics in the deals made by sales reps for both new logos and with existing customer portfolios.
- Proactively identify and work to solve systematic areas of improvement across the sales- and go to market strategy.
- Report internally on numbers, trends, developments, etc.
- Act as a thought leader and expert in the field of Enterprise Sales within the business.
- Ensure operational excellence when it comes to ways of working, processes, systems and tools within a team.
- Adapt well to fast changing businesses and comes up with plans and ways of working that enables the teams to adapt at the same pace
- Responsible for ensuring that we have the right talent in terms of skills and behavior, and constantly ensuring a world class talent density enterprise organization
- Contribute to the enterprise strategy and operational plans and strategies such as the commission structure, cross-sell process and partnership strategy

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
- + 15 years of experience in B2B Sales management.
- + 10 years leadership experience of at least 3 years experience of leading leaders.
- Experience and network in one or more of our key ICPs; Broadcasters & streaming entities, brands, digital publishers and agencies & production companies
- Experience with music/creative licensing a plus
- Ability to connect, communicate and advise senior management and board of directors.
- Deep level of expertise in sales strategies, tactical sales plans and how to operationally organize, steer and incentivize sales teams within an international context.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to ensure data-informed decision making.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong leadership and management skills that enable the business to attract, develop and retain talent.
- Operationally strong, ensuring optimal processes, ways of working, culture and organizational structure

Salary
This is a full-time position and you would be provided benefits such as dental, health, medical, and vision plan options, 30 days vacations a year accrual, 6 months parental leave, 401k saving, and wellness benefits. This position has a base compensation span of 165000-220000 USD yearly, depending on seniority.
