We are looking for a CRM Retention Manager who will take ownership of our retention-focused communications strategy and execution. This is a crucial role with the opportunity to significantly impact customer loyalty and engagement across various communication channels.
This is a temporary cover from August to January.
How you will make an impact
As our CRM Retention Manager, you will be both strategically and operationally responsible for driving our retention communications. This includes a wide range of initiatives, from product updates and newsletters to community programs and creator-focused content. Your daily impact will include:
Providing overall strategic leadership for retention initiatives at Epidemic Sound eg. newsletter and product updates.
Working closely with the CRM team to test and implement new channels and CRM features.
Responsibility for reporting and analyzing the results of retention efforts.
Aligning with business stakeholders to ensure that business needs are met through CRM activities.
Collaborating with our brand team to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity in all communications.
Serving as the internal expert on our retention CRM communications and acting as a customer advocate when necessary.
Maintaining a creative, curious, and passionate approach, consistently seeking opportunities to test new strategies.
Prioritizing an exceptional customer experience in all retention initiatives.
Who you are
2+ years of experience as a CRM marketer with a strong background in developing and executing retention-focused communication strategies.
Proven ability to lead strategically and operate effectively in a hands-on execution role.
Deep understanding of CRM best practices and technologies.
Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and analyzing campaign performance.
Proficient in A/B testing methodologies and optimization techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across various teams.
Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for customer engagement and loyalty.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Adept at stakeholder management and able to align CRM activities with business goals.
Strong understanding of brand voice and visual identity.
