As a Creative Content Designer, you'll play a crucial role in our mission to pitch our music to Digital Service Providers with our own editorial playlists, a strategy that is key to increasing our share of streams and revenue. Your role will be to create compelling creative for paid and organic content at scale, an internal capability we currently lack, to help us test, iterate, and double down on what works to get our music in front of more people. You'll collaborate closely with our Ads Manager, Performance Marketing Manager, and YouTube Channel Growth Manager, taking full ownership of the end-to-end creative process to generate tangible business results.
Your key responsibilities include:
Producing compelling ad creative and looping video mixes for our playlists and YouTube channels.
Creating assets for artist marketing to promote our world-leading mood music catalog.
Leveraging creative tools, including AI video creation tools, to produce work efficiently.
Analyzing the performance of ad creative using data to inform testing and iterations.
Requirements
A strong marketing mindset with the ability to translate creative work into business outcomes.
Proficiency with creative software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci.
Experience in artist marketing, particularly within the music industry.
Experience from having full ownership of the creative process from start to finish.
Strong creative and copywriting skills.
Analytically minded with a data-driven approach.
High ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders and partners.
