B2B Content Marketing Manager (Temporary Cover)

As a B2B Content Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in our global B2B marketing efforts, communicating our company's value to our key enterprise audiences. Your role will be to own our B2B content strategy and execution, elevating Epidemic Sound as a trusted voice in the industry. This is a temporary cover, expected to last approximately from January 2026 to January 2027.
In this high-impact role, you will be the engine behind our B2B narrative, defining what we say and how we say it to key enterprise audiences. You will work cross-functionally to transform value propositions, product capabilities and business partnerships into compelling, high-quality content that drives awareness and enables our global sales teams. If you're a strategic content expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to own the voice for a rapidly scaling global business, this is the role for you.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Owning and implementing the B2B content strategy and calendar from concept to execution.
- Developing and curating high-impact inspirational and educational content for various marketing channels, including customer success stories, blog articles, thought leadership, and webinars.
- Creating sales enablement assets and collateral to support our global enterprise teams.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams like PR, Music Curation, Product, and Sales to align efforts and develop strategic narratives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of marketing experience with demonstrated expertise in B2B marketing.
- Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive content marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Comfortable combining strategy and planning with hands-on execution.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and time zones.
- A strategic thinker who can interpret business needs and provide innovative solutions.
- A resourceful and adaptable mindset, comfortable with managing a diverse set of stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adjust strategies as needed.
Nice to have
- Experience in a scale-up or fast-growing startup environment.
- Experience with managing agency relationships.
