This requires a deeper understanding of business metrics, experimentation, and our technical platform.
Your responsibilities include:
Leading and scaling an engineering team focused on high-impact growth initiatives.
Drive product-led growth through experiments, A/B testing, and conversion funnel optimizations.
Own the technical strategy and roadmap for features related to user acquisition, monetization, and pricing models.
Collaborate with Product and Go-To-Market teams to continuously improve our online and enterprise packaging flows.
Prioritize engineering excellence, mentoring engineers, fostering a culture of experimentation and iterative delivery.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure impact and inform decisions.
Requirements
To succeed in this impactful role, we believe you should have:
2+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.
6+ years of hands-on software development experience with modern web technologies (e.g. React, Next.js, Node.js, Go, or similar).
Proven experience working in growth, monetization, or user acquisition teams at a product-led company.
Familiarity with pricing & packaging, A/B testing platforms, analytics, and growth frameworks.
Strong collaboration skills across Product, Design, Marketing, and Data.
Passion for data-driven decision-making; strong instincts paired with a testing mindset.
Track record of leading teams to ship high-quality features quickly and iteratively.
Equal opportunity employer
We believe that bringing people together from different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives makes for a healthy workplace, a more successful business and a better world. We value diversity and encourage everyone to come and soundtrack the world with us.
