Enterprise Sales Development Representative

As an SDR at Epidemic Sound, you’re the tip of the spear for both net-new and expansion pipeline. You’ll use intent signals and smart prospecting to book qualified meetings for Account Executives, and partner closely with AEs and CSMs to open, advance, and expand deals. Success means 3–5 meetings booked per week, fast lead-response SLAs, meticulous CRM hygiene, and personalized outreach that converts.
Responsibilities:
- Work as a pod: Operate as a core member of a cross-functional team with AEs and CSMs to coordinate plays and handoffs.
- Convert inbound fast: Follow up on marketing-generated leads and web inquiries with tight SLAs and clear next steps.
- Capitalize on events: Reach out quickly to event/webinar attendees and sequence them into tailored follow-ups.
- Run targeted outbound: Book meetings through cold calls, concise emails, and thoughtful social/digital prospecting into priority accounts.
- Fuel expansion with CSMs: Source meetings for cross-sell/upsell motions, support feature/campaign pushes, and help expand footprint in existing accounts.
- Own your numbers: Consistently meet/exceed weekly and monthly activity and results metrics (meetings, opps created, pipeline).
- Maintain CRM rigor: Log every touch, capture notes, set next steps, and keep data clean to enable accurate forecasting.
- Contribute to division, department and company targets, Key Initiatives, and further priorities set in your team, to ensure processes, deliverables and business results are achieved
- Stay up to date with trends and best practices within the field
- Other duties, tasks, and responsibilities may be assigned at any time
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Inside Sales/Business Development/Sales Development experience, preferably at an enterprise software company and/or from the media industry
- Consistent track record for meeting and exceeding lead generation, forecasting, and sales objectives
- Experience contacting +100 Million USD Revenue companies speaking with senior executives across the business
- Preferably have an existing network in the region/market
- You can demonstrate a track record of meeting and exceeding targets, whatever those may have been
- Exposure to closing sales of any kind
This is a full-time, hybrid position, based in Culver City. This position has a base compensation span of $70,000 - $92,000 yearly dependent upon experience.
