Are you an experienced leader with a deep understanding of international business and a passion for strategic growth? We are seeking a Director of Partnerships & Expansion to drive our global expansion and own revenue for our reseller network, in-store music partnerships and digital UGC partnerships. In this key leadership role, you will report to the Chief Enterprise Officer and be a vital part of our extended management team, working closely with sales leaders across the globe.
What You'll Do
Revenue owner for our existing and expanding partnership business, $5M+ and growing, which includes three business revenue streams; reseller network, in-store music partnerships and digital UGC partnerships
Define and execute a global strategy for partnerships that aligns with our overall business objectives.
Identify and capitalize on key growth opportunities in both new and existing international markets.
Lead, coach, and mentor the team, creating a strong team culture, conducting regular 1-1s and team meetings, ensuring decisions, plans, and goals are shared, that issues are resolved in a timely manner and that the team works in alignment with Epidemic Sound’s core values.
Lead market expansion efforts by analyzing local market dynamics, understanding competitors, and meeting customer needs.
Drive growth by implementing strategies to increase market share and optimize client relationships.
Set clear goals and KPIs for your team and our resellers, ensuring consistent progress toward revenue targets.
Who You Are
You are a strategic, data-driven leader with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a global capacity. You have extensive experience in international business and a deep understanding of what it takes to scale partnerships and market presence. You are an excellent communicator, capable of advising senior management on strategic decisions.
10-15+ years of experience in sales, with 5-10+ years in a global or multi-regional leadership role.
Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in managing complex, large-scale sales efforts across multiple regions.
Strong leadership skills that enable you to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
