The role
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Internal IT Support team! Your work will directly contribute to boosting productivity and enhancing the overall employee experience.
As part of our Internal IT Support team, you’ll be crucial in scaling our IT support capabilities. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our employees have the tools they need to be successful, directly impacting the efficiency and effectiveness of our teams.
You’ll work alongside a collaborative and supportive Internal IT team, sharing knowledge and working on joint projects to improve our IT services.
Your key responsibilities include:
Managing the Service Desk queue in a consistent manner that ensures user incidents, requests and queries are dealt with efficiently
Assist with onboarding and off-boarding procedure
Troubleshoot software and hardware related issues
Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated
Maintain documentation related to support
Stay up to date with trends and best practices within the field
Other duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required
Requirements
Experience from working in IT support and ticket systems, preferably in a fast-paced, growing organization.
Experience with managing and supporting macOS and iOS.
Experience with MDM solutions, ABM, Kandji, Intune
Experience with collaboration tools like Slack, Google Workspace.
Experience with network equipment
Experience with AV and Google meet Equipment
Soft requirements
- Problem-solver with a technical mindset – skilled at tackling IT challenges through clear, structured reasoning and delivering efficient solutions.
Service-minded communicator – warm, attentive, and collaborative, ensuring every interaction feels supportive, clear, and inclusive.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail – adept at managing multiple priorities precisely and reliably, even under tight deadlines.
Nice to have:
Experience with Cloud-based environments
Experience with Jira Service Management
